Fin de semana de Educación Emocional / Weekend of Emotional Education
En el fin de semana del 18 y 19 de Febrero estuvimos en la aula de naturaleza Tierra ReVerde para participar a un Taller-Reflexión sobre Educación Emocional, dentro de una formación interna con el Colectivo Cala, para ver y reflexionar sobre qué es lo que hacemos nosotras y qué es lo que se está haciendo, ponerlo en común y sacar nuevas ideas y aportaciones.
El taller fue guiado por Arantxa, acompañante de la Escuela de Educación Libre Candil de Badajoz y los miembros del Cala estaban como participantes.
Para el Colectivo Cala es muy importante y necesario también trabajar el clima de grupo, conocer bien l@s compañer@s y no olvidarse de que aún están trabajando juntos desde hace más de 15 años, por lo que es necesario dedicar tiempo al cuidado de grupo.
Agradecemos mucho el que nos dejaran la posibilitad de participar también, así que hemos aprovechado para conocer más de la vida en un colectivo como el Cala. Mucho hemos aprendido también de Arantxa por su valentía de proponerse como facilitadora en un grupo como el Cala, profesionales de la Educacion Alternativa, y por trabajo y el tiempo en la preparación de las actividades.
On the weekend of 18 and 19 Febrero we were in the hall of nature, Tierra ReVerde to participate a Reflection-Workshop about Emotional Education, within a formation shared with Colectivo Cala. We were there to see and reflect about what we do togeather, what is going on inside CALA, put the ideas in common and find,get and give new ones. The workshop was held by Arantxa, employee of the Escuela de Educación Libre Candil de Badajoz (Educational School) and the memebers of Cala were there as participants.
It is really important for the Collectivo Cala, and also a need , to work on the atmosphere of the group, to know well the companions and not to forget that they have been still working togeather since more than 15 years. Because of this it is necessary to dedicate time to take care of the group.
We are grateful for being a part of this possibiliy so that we can take the most of this experience in an institution like Cala. We could also learn a lot from Arantxa and we are thankful for her bravery to decide to be facilitator of a group like Cala , professionals of Alternative Education , and for her work and time of preparing activities.
