Segunda sesión de Formación sobre Igualdad y Violencia de Género en la Escuela Profesional. / The se
El viernes 24 de febrero (¡muy temprano!) salimos para ir al segundo encuentro del curso que la Oficina de Igualdad y Violencia de Género de la Mancomunidad Lácara los Baldíos está realizando con su agente de Igualdad Alfonso Pérez en la Escuela Profesional de Alburquerque.
Estuvimos trabajando con varias dinámicas el clima de grupo, para despertarnos y para conocernos cada vez mejor.
Hemos recogido los conceptos trabajados la primera vez y desde ahí hemos profundizado como actúa la socialización del papel de mujer y de hombre, como desde niñ@s vamos interiorizando cada uno el propio papel atrevés de mensajes que se buscan en todas partes (dibujos, publicidad, refranes, …).
Hemos trabajado también en pequeños grupos para facilitar la comunicación y la reflexión para compartir al final y avanzar juntos en esta ruta donde se aprende a desaprender un papel que nos oprime.
On friday, 24 February (very early) we went to the Escuela Profesional of Alburquerque to partecipate at the second meeting of the course that the “Oficina de Igualdad and Violencia de Género” (Office of Iquality and Gender Violence) de la Mancomunidad Lácara los Baldíos offer with its “agent of Iquality” Alfonso Pérez.
We were working on the atmosphere of the group with different plays in order to wake us up and to get to know each other better every time.
First, we gathered together the concepts on which we worked the first time. Then we deepened the analysis of how the socialization effect us from childhood. We were talking about the process of “embodiment” of women/men's role made by continuous messages about the "right way" of being woman and men that we can find everywhere (cartoons, advertisement, stereotype, ...).
We worked in little groups to make it easyer to speak and reflect on this theme. Finally we shared the conclusions all together going on, step by step, in this way of learning how to forget roles that bound us.
