Albergue Tierra ReVerde con/with Collectivo CALA
En el fin de semana de 12 y 13 de marzo fuimos al Albergue Tierra ReVerde con los miembros de Colectivo Cala. Este colectivo tiene cuatro encuentros anuales para desarrollar el trabajo interno del colectivo, coincidiendo con las estaciones del año.
El sábado se trabajaó sobre la planificación y estrategia a seguir en este año y cómo ellos trabajan juntos para proporcionar una mejor participación grupal. Fue muy bueno e interesante formar parte y ver como los miembros comparten la responsabilidad y discuten todas las cosas juntos y llegan a decisiones. El domingo se trabajó sobre qué es la noviolencia dentro del grupo, tiempo de debate y reflexión compartida por todos los miembros del Colectivo.
At the weekend of 12,13 March we went to Albergue Tierra ReVerde with the members of Colectivo Cala. On Saturday we saw the organization of the association and how they work together on the next year.
It was nice to see how the workers share the resposibilities and discuss the things all together so that everything is decided by all the CALA. On Sunday they had a workshop of noviolence. The Collectivo has this occasion 4 times a year. They always have a different topic to discuss and the workshop is opened to everyone.
