Evaluación Intermedia/Mid-term formation
Al final de marzo hemos llegado (más o menos) a el punto medio de nuestro servicio. Por eso teníamos la reunion de SVE en Mollina ( igual que en Toledo en noviembre). Practicamente hemos invadido este pueblito con el numero de 100 de voluntari@s. Mucha gente nueva, mucho caras nuevas.
Hemos empezado la semana y para facilitar el trabajo, nos dividimos en grupos. Durante los 4 días hemos presentado nuestros projectos y hemos reflexionado sobre nuestro servicio y asociación. Hemos hablado sobre nuestro proceso de aprendizaje también que teníamos/tenemos, hemos clarificado el uso del youthpass , nuestras responsabilidades y retos. Hemos compartido diferentes herramientas de gestión de problemas y discutimos cómo podemos mejorar nuestro servicio.
En la Noche"CulturCreativa", introdujimos nuestra región a los demás de una manera ceativa. Así, recibimos mucha información sobre las diferentes partes de España.
Esta formación es especial ya que existe la posibilidad de que nuestras tutoras particien también. Principalmente, tenían actividades diferentes, pero había algunas partes en común con los voluntarios también. A nosotras, (Deborah y a mí) nos gustó y apoyamos este hecho.
Para mí la parte más interesante fue compartir y escuchar las historias y experiencias de otras personas. En cierto modo, fue tranquilizador ver que otros tienen dudas, sentimientos y reacciones a las nuevas circustancias similares a las mías. Escuchar las experiencias que podíamos aprender unos de otros y ver las diferencias entre las personas y los proyectos era motivacional y era una buena posibilidad de evaluar mi servicio desde otros aspectos también.
Además es siempre interesante estar en un grupo con tal diversidad nacional y realizar actividades interculturales.
In the end of March we arrived (more or less) to the mid-point of our service. Because of this we had an EVS meeting in Mollina (just like in Toledo in November). We practically invaded this little town with the number of 100 of volunteers. A lot of peaople, a lot of new faces.
So we started the week and in order to facilitate the work we were divided into groups. During the 4 days we presented our project , reflected on our service and on our association. We were also talking about the learning process that we have/had , clarified the use of our youthpass, our responsabilities and rigths. We shared different tools of problem management and discussed how we can improve our service. We had a "CultureCreative" night which was about intoducing our region to the others in a ceative way.Thanks to this we got many information about the different parts of Spain.
This formation is special in the way that the tutors can participate as well. They mostly had different activities but there were some parts in common with the voluteers too. We really liked and supported this fact (Deborah and me).
For me the most interesting part was to share and listen to the stories and experiances of other people. In a way it was releaving to see that others have similar doubts, feelings and reaction to the new circustancies. Listening to the experiances we could learn from each other and seeing the differecies between the people and the projects was motivational and was a good possibility to evaluate my service from other aspects as well.
Moreover it is always interesting to be in a group with such a national diversity.
